We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We realise that occasionally you may want to return items for a refund. We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee for faulty items. Please follow these steps:
Email our returns department at email@example.com and ask for your individual returns number. This proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 7 days of receipt and also enables us to track your goods. Only goods faulty or damaged in shipping will be refunded. We do not refund products if they are opened or used, as once opened the product is not deemed to be in a hygienic, sterile condition and cannot be re-sold.
Wrap your items securely in its original packaging, include your returns number emailed to you, paying attention not to damage the box or items in the process. Include all tags.
