First Irish Made Hot Oil Massage Candle:
Did you know that Nía is the first and only, Irish company to manufacture a Hot Oil Massage Candle? So what is a massage candle and how do you use it? If you don’t know the answer to this, you are missing out on the simplest most relaxing home spa treatment available and something everyone can do with a partner. It’s cheap and easy to do, all you need is to take a little well deserved time out for yourself.
Our Hot Oil Massage Candles are made from pure wholesome butters and oils, carefully blended together to form the most delicate massage oil, once melted. Its solid at room temperature, in fact it needs to be heated to forty degrees celsius to melt and liquefy the oils. Forty degrees is the temperature of a warm bath, indeed just a few degrees warmer than body temperature, the perfect temperature of a hot oil massage.
The massage candle is fitted with a cotton wick in the centre which you light as if lighting a regular candle and wait for about twenty minutes for the oils to melt. Just enough time to prepare your massage area and get into the mood. When melted, pour the oils onto your hand or directly onto the body to massage and kneed out those knots of tension to relax your partner. Hot Oil Candle Massage is the perfect tension reliever.
I am often asked how hot the oils will get? The oils and butters are formulated to melt at exactly forty degrees celsius so once they melt they are ready for use at the perfect temperature. One the massage is completed, blow out the wick and the unused hot oil will re-harden for use the next time.
The ingredients in the massage candle include cocoa butter, coconut oil, vitamin E oil, and soya bean oil which will leave the skin beautifully soft and moisturised. The divine scent created with an essential oil mix will uplift with grapefruit, orange and mandarin essential oils.
