Normally orders are dispatched within a few working days. Everything is handmade and made up fresh so weekend orders may take a little longer. Allow at least ten working days from date of order to delivery in Ireland.

Delivery Costs:

Ireland: Delivery of all orders over €48 is free, all orders under that amount will be charged at €5.95.

Northern Ireland (United Kingdom): Delivery of all orders over €48 is free, all orders under that amount will be charged at €5.95.

United Kingdom (Apart from Northern Ireland): Delivery charge is between 12.50 and 21.00 depending on the weight of the package.

USA and Canada: Delivery charge is between €14 and €29.50 depending on the weight of the package.

Delivery charge is between €13 and €21.50 depending on the weight of the package.

All products are subject to stock availability.

We advise that you ensure you use a phone number and an address where someone will be at home to accept delivery as currently drivers will be leaving the package without a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If ordering a gift, we can send the gift directly to the recipient. Please enter a different shipping address, when checking out. If its a gift, please advise if you want the delivery invoice included or not in the message box.

Damage or Loss in Transit:

The Seller accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. Any such damage should be noted on the carriers paperwork and notified to the Seller within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by the Buyer within the estimated number of days as above from date of invoice, email us to to notify us immediately.
