Normally orders are dispatched within a few working days. Everything is handmade and made up fresh so weekend orders may take a little longer. Allow at least ten working days from date of order to delivery in Ireland.

United Kingdom (Apart from Northern Ireland): Delivery charge is between €12.50 and €21.00 depending on the weight of the package.
USA and Canada: Delivery charge is between €14 and €29.50 depending on the weight of the package.

We advise that you ensure you use a phone number and an address where someone will be at home to accept delivery as currently drivers will be leaving the package without a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damage or Loss in Transit:
The Seller accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. Any such damage should be noted on the carriers paperwork and notified to the Seller within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by the Buyer within the estimated number of days as above from date of invoice, email us to email@example.com to notify us immediately.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We realise that occasionally you may want to return items for a refund. We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee for faulty items. Please follow these steps:
Email our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for your individual returns number. This proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 7 days of receipt and also enables us to track your goods. Only goods faulty or damaged in shipping will be refunded. We do not refund products if they are opened or used, as once opened the product is not deemed to be in a hygienic, sterile condition and cannot be re-sold.
Wrap your items securely in its original packaging, include your returns number emailed to you, paying attention not to damage the box or items in the process. Include all tags.
