Normally orders are dispatched within a few working days. Everything is handmade and made up fresh so weekend orders may take a little longer.
We can only guarantee delivery in Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK during this time of crisis while we are experiencing the current pandemic.
Ireland (including Northers Ireland) is treated the same as Ireland as we use Fastway couriers to deliver. Fastway will deliver without a signature at this time.
Delivery of all orders under €18.95, (the cost of a Just Balm for Family) is free, all orders under that amount will be charged at €3.95.
Delivery charge is a flat rate of €12.95 for registered post for any size of package to the UK.
All products are subject to stock availability.
We advise that you ensure you use an address where someone is onsite to accept delivery as currently drivers will be leaving the package without a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any PO boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If ordering a gift, we can send the gift directly to the recipient. Please enter a different shipping address, when checking out. If its a gift, we generally would not put in the payment slip with the gift unless you advise to do so in the message box.

Damage or Loss in Transit:
The Seller accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. Any such damage should be noted on the carriers paperwork and notified to the Seller within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by the Buyer within the estimated number of days as above from date of invoice, email us to email@example.com to notify us immediately.
